Resharper 2017 + VS 2013 Inspection Severity Dialog broken

Bring up the resharper options in VS 2013

Goto Inspection Severity

Type in 'modifier declaration' in the search box

After a few seconds the dialog 'breaks':

* does not refresh when changing the window size

* No visual indicator when hovering over controls on the right hand side (check boxes etc.)

* Cannot always check/uncheck items.

* Cannot change severity (i.e. suggestion/warning).
