Resharper 2016.3 on Visual Studio 2017 lag

I had to disable ReSharper on my Visual Studio 2017.
The performance was so poor that I was unable to work with constant stops of 3 to 5 seconds...
I'm running Visual Studio 2017 enterprise, on a MSI 16J5 with 16GB of RAM, with Windows 10 and with high performance on power options...
I don't know what to do to fix this.... Any advice?

Please try installing R# 2017.1 EAP build from that page https://www.jetbrains.com/resharper/eap/.
If you still notice any problems with performance, please follow the instructions described here https://resharper-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207243205 to collect a snapshot and send it to us.
