I'd like to emphasize that the experience was really quite bad. Essentially broken. Why is this issue not immediately rolled back / hotfixed / proactively called out somewhere?

I can confirm that disabling Inlay Hints has resolved the issue. Thank you, I was getting really annoyed. Also, 9 minutes response time is quite impressive.

VS 2019, Unreal Engine 4.26, Resharper C++ - Very poor performance

ReSharper version: ReSharper 2021.1.4 211.0.20210713 ReSharper occasionally, without apparent reason, slows down the performance of VS 2019 to a degree that everything becomes unusable. For example...
