The linked bug report is marked as Fixed now, presumably in the release that just came out. But it is not fixed, as I noted in a comment on that ticket.

It is not obvious how to “subscribe to the provided ticket.” I can find no subscribe option on that page.

Yes, that is exactly what I am seeing. With longer methods, I see it very consistently.
