I have just installed Resharper version 8.2.1 (8.2.1000.4556) and I can confirm that this bug is now fixed.

Yes, I had to log in again: Resharper | Help | License Information, click the little spanner next to "Use JB Account" and then I re-entered my credentials and clicked "Log in".
