Using the 2019.3 version and no combination of skip files I add seems to stop resharper from constantly reprocessing the mathjax minfied files. VS has become useless and everyone is now uninstallin...

That case doesn't fix the core problem. The core problem is that the test runner is not tracking the test teardown. See this case https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-461047

I had to downgrade back to version 7. The only way I was sure that it was Resharper 8 was that the same tests ran fine in the Nunit runner.
