I have been testing every build so far and still R# 4.0 gives Exceptions. Latest build tested is 768.

I don't know what criteria it's using for choosing the parameters. If my caller uses a name such as 'UserName', it creates a method with 'name'. So why not 'username' with whatever casing it choose...
