No, you can't. Only ReSharper 5.0 and higher is compatible with VS 2010.

Sorry, but ReSharper supports only default layout.No plans, currently, to extend this support to custom layouts.

Fo not supported, custom ViewEngines, you can always diable ASP.NET MVC analysis, and use rest solution anadlyses without problems.
