ReSharper is static anlysis tool, it can't resolve dynamic views resolution.

Hi Jens!You can ignore those files by adding them by mask to generated ones.Look at ReSharper → Options → Code Inspection → Generated Code

We don't do any special processing of output folder or parameteres - we just use MsBuild.But, some properties, like $SolutionDir$ are available only in VisualStudio, you need to provide them by him...
