Unfortunately, there is no convinient way of modifying our annotations.The only way is to modify XML files in 'External Annotations' folder under ReSharper installation

ReSharper per-solution caches are located in the same folder where your .sln file is.The folder with caches is named ***.ReSharper, where *** is you solution file name
