Unfortunately, there is no such option visible now. I've filed a request for that: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/RSRP-233186PS As far as I remember, your original question was a bit different.

Yes. In that position only type references are allowed, not expressions.

Searching for type members is not yet fully supported in ReSharper 5, there will be improvements in this area in version 6.
