Hi Daryl,please create issue in our tracker: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/ and provide screenshot if possible, cause I don't quite understand what are you talking about.

Those annotations are added in ReSharper 4.5.1 RC, that will be released soon.

Another attempt to fix this issue is made in build 1258.It works and works very fast on my project with 1500 tests.

In ReSharper 5 Beta, parameterized NUnit tests are run well, but shown as a single test in UT Explorer & Session windows. We are working on providing better support for such tests.

Remove trailing semicolon in pattern and you'll get what you want.In this case ReSharper will search method invocation expression, while in your original pattern it tries to search complete statement.
