Could someone be so kind and explain what is the purpose of the Unit Test Exploration Results window in Resharper ?
I google it many times but found nothing ...

Hello Ppawel9000!
It is a diagnostic window that is shown when the test discovery fails for some reason.
If you open a file with failed tests discovery, there will be an icon of a broken test on the gutter, which will open the project in this window, where the error will be visible.
