Extract to code behind for Razor?
I cant seem to find an option where I can extract @code {} to code behind for Razor with Resharper. CodeRush and others have this option. How is it done with Resharper? Thanks.

You're asking me to specify how a feature in your product should work? :) Assuming it should work kind of like other refactoring options in R#, probably something like placing caret in a @code block and then just right click and select "Extract to code behind" or something like that.
Easiest is probably to install CodeRush and see how it's handled there (it's free these days), but it's just like mentioned above.
