'Hide Visual Studio Quick Action icons in the left editor margin' not working as intended in Visual Studio 2022 Preview 17.3.0 Preview 1.1

I am using the 'Visual Studio' shortcut scheme with VS2022 Community 17.3.0 Preview.

Here is the documentation of the option: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/resharper/Reference__Options__Environment__Visual_Studio_Integration.html#visual-studio-code-analysis

In short, it says "If it is selected, Visual Studio's Quick Actions (light bulb and screwdriver icons) are not shown separately but integrated into ReSharper's action list." However, the light bulb menu is not "integrated into ReSharper's action list". In order to access context menu options from the "Light Bulb" menu, I have to use 'Ctrl + .' instead of 'Alt + Enter', which is not what I'm used to in VS2022 and ReSharper.

Can somebody at JetBrains look at this and confirm that I'm not crazy? Is there a combination of options that must be configured a certain way to get ReSharper to combine all of these options into one context menu?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
