VS 2022 AI Completion Gets Broken by ReSharper's Tab Completion Behavior

VS 2022 AI Completion requires you to hit Tab, however this gets disturbed by ReSharper's intellisense tab insert behavior, so instead of AI completion you will get the first item from intellisense popup.

Is there any workaround for this?
