ixx and cppm file extension support

Hello,

Visual Studio 19 added modules support almost a year ago, but R++ seems to recognize neither ixx nor cppm extensions, even though module support seems to be present. Since R++ still doesn't support custom file extensions as far as I understand, there's no way to use it with module-basedprojects.

Do you plan to add those extensions?
