Analysis paused due to a Calculating deferred index

Many times and on different projects I do end up with the following:
At this point R# is simply dead, pausing analysis or disabling it does nothing, only restarting VS fixes it.

The workaround is to disable ReSharper | Options | Code Editing | Unity Engine | Parse text based asset files... option in the Unity plugin settings.
