ReSharper installer fails with 2 errors

I launch the latest dotUltimate installer to install ReSharper to Visual Studio 2012. The installer takes too long, about 10 minuites and the computer slows to a crawl during that time. In the end, it completes with 2 errors. My OS is the latest Windows 11.
