Warning/Suggestion underlines missing?

Resharper used to show squiggly underlines for code issues based on a set severity. However, it appears to have stopped doing so for some reason. It will highlight some errors in red, but that's it. It's stopped highlighting other issues completely. The suggested changes are available in the hint dropdown in the gutter, but the underlines are no longer shown. Issues marked as a warning don't even show up in the Errors/Warnings inspector.

This seems to have occurred after I installed the EAP version to test some new features. When I when back to the release version, however, it seems to have borked itself.

Anyone know what might be going on?
