Performance problems with Resharper 2020.3 in Visual Studio Enterprise 2019

Hi,

I work with Resharper 2020.3 Ultimate in Visual Studio Enterprise 2019.

I always get the message : Thst resharper extention is disabled because of performance problems.

Is there any work around or configuration whitch fixes this issue ?
