Hello Renu Khot, we investigate each case individually, using installation log files. Since in each case the problem may be different.
The most common problem is installing ReSharper for one user and running VS using another user. But by default, the ReSharper installer executes per-user installation. So you can try running VS as admin or as a non-admin user.
If that doesn't help, then please pack and send us installation log files from `%LocalAppData%\JetBrains\Shared\vAny\Installer` using the "Submit a request" button at the top of the page.
