Resharper "Show Support Information" link not working in Visual Studio

Hi All, I tried searching for a solution here but couldn't find anything related.
When I go to resharper options > External Sources, and I click on "Show Support Information", nothing happens.
It used to open support information a few months ago, but seems to no longer work.
Is this a known issue? Does anyone know where the file that opens is usually stored?
I'm using VS 2019 version 16.5.4
Resharper 2020.1.2

I did try updating a while ago to fix the problem, but I guess that was before 2020.2.
