Resharper. Don't accessible menu item Refactoring Follow

I using ReSharper Ultimate 2020.1.4 Build 201.0.20200702.125931 built on 2020-07-02. This ReSharper is instaling on laptop and  desktop computer. Both ReSharper  versions have the same license for. I work on desktop computer by Remote Connection from my laptop. On desktop i have opened VS-2017. In VS don't accessible menu item Refactoring in ReSharper menu groups.

Prompt to me please how to solve the problem with.
