Resharper Datatips Editing Colors

Why is there not an option to change the color on your datatip values from the popup window?  It's the only color I can't seem to change and the burnt orange is unpleasant to look at.  I uploaded the image "Resharper Datatips.PNG" to show what I'm referring to.  The burnt orange (values) are not changable.  There's no edit option for it in the theme editor, and nothing I can find to modify that color.  Is it possible to edit it manually or something you can provide in an update?

Also I noticed a bug in the resharper datatip background and foreground...for some reason it's caching just these two values and requires saving and reloading twice both the settings and applying.  It won't accept the first change for some reason.  It's the only setting that requires saving and applying twice.  Odd bug...
