Scratche files are gone after Rider update

Hi,

I was using the "Scratches and Consoles" feature (https://www.jetbrains.com/help/rider/Scratches.html) to store some notes and code related to the project.

Now they are gone after using JetBrains Toolbox to update Rider version.

Any idea how to restore my missing notes?
