Terminal not found

Hello friends,

I'm currently not able to find the terminal following the instructions here https://www.jetbrains.com/help/rider/Terminal_Emulator.html#open-terminal

I wonder if there is any kind of issue with my current setup maybe my IDE version or something similar. 

Maybe there are other people here that have faced something similar and would like to share how they fixed it.
