Resharper xaml refactoring for Xamarin doesnt work

When I try to refactor repeated inline styled in xamarin elements, resharper shows only extract xaml resource

but I cannot see anything for extract xaml style

is this a bug or missing feature?

Could you please provide some extended code sample demonstrating the specified behavior?
