Can the #defines be removed from the file structure window?

The #defines are really rather disturbing in the file structure window. When you have functions that are cluttered with #defines for various configurations, seeing them in the file structure window really renders that one rather useless especially since the #defines there don't add any additional information.

is there a way to remove them, and if not, I'd say that would be a very necessary option for the window
