R# very slow and lots of exceptions in log (Visual Studio 2019)

VS reports resharper extension causing continual 'Visual Studio stopped responding' messages.

I've checked the R# logs and it appears to be constantly throwing exceptions such as:

Any help would be appreciated. Its unusably slow/freezing currently. I'm using 2019.3.4 193.0.20200227 (updated last night although it was like this before the update).
