DupFinder is not working for .Net Core project

when I run the Dupfinder.exe command line tool, it is throwing the below error. Please confirm will this command line tool works for .Net core projects. Else let us know how to resolve this issue.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there's an issue with dupFinder 2019.3.1 - https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-477560.

The fix will be included in upcoming 2019.3.2 release which will be out shortly.
