Thanks, I tried this but it didn't work. God damn I hate ReSharper for this. It's like a mad little puzzle you have to lay in order to get basic functionality working. The resharper settings seem so fragile and tick settings depend on each other. This is terrible!
Also, "do not show VS light bulb" is now called "Hide VS Quick Action icons in the left editor margin". Well how's that for some detective work!?
