R# does not support .NET Core 2.2.402 but accept 2.2.109?

We are unable to make the R# inspector (2019.1.1) work with .NET Core SDK 2.2.402 while it works perfectly with version 2.2.109.

Any idea?

Could you please try ReSharper 2019.2.3 Command Line Tools - https://www.jetbrains.com/resharper/download/#section=resharper-clt and check the issue once again?
