VS2019 - xunit Unit tests only pass when debugged

I have just upgraded to VS2019 (Community) and installed Resharpener Ultimate 2019.2.3. Unfortunately when I ran my project's unit tests lots failed, but they passed when I ran with debug. Please advise.

Hello Will,

Could you please run Visual Studio with the following command line: 'devenv /ReSharper.LogFile c:\log\resharper.log /ReSharper.LogLevel Verbose', reproduce the issue and send us a corresponding 'resharper_log.txt' file. You can share it privately via 'Submit a request' form.

This seems to be VS2019 issue as the problem exhibits as well with Test Explorer. I've raised a ticket with Microsoft, but let me know if you've got any ideas. I guess there isn't much point in my sending you a log, yes?
