Default Method Interface C# 8.0
Looks like R# does not support this C# 8.0 feature. seems like I need to disable R# until it fully supports c# 8.0.
there are red marks all over my code. (also some problems for Nullable reference types)

This feature is going to be implemented in ReSharper 2019.3 as long as Nullable reference types support.
