How to exclude Javascript files or folders from code cleanup?

Answered

How to exclude Javascript files or folders from code cleanup? I duplicated the full cleanup profile and unchecked all the Javascript and Typescript options and saved it. Selected it for a code cleanup and the first file showing had a .js extension!

How do I exclude .js files from code cleanup? Since these files reside in a folder and subfolders, how do I exclude that folder and all its subfolders from code cleanup?
I am using the latest Resharper.
