Auto-formatting edited and pasted code

In your help you state "When you type code in the editor, ReSharper reformats expressions as soon as you type a semicolon ;and reformats blocks of code as soon as you type a closing brace }."

Does this mean the auto-formatting of code only works for C#? as I am a VB programmer and notice since using ReSharper that other than my system now being painfully slow!, that code doesn't automatically reformat and I have to keep doing Ctrl-K Ctrl-D

Perhaps someone can let me know if that is a C# only feature, as certainly worded that way e.g. semicolon ; and curly braces { }
