VS2019 - location of resharper menu

I installed ReSharper Ultimate edition on VS 2019 Professional version. I noticed that the location of the menu has changed. Is that a change to the default setting?
It used to be at the same level as the top level menu in previous Visual studio versions. How can I get it there?
