Resharper 8.2.3 break visual studio 2008 scaling on 4k screen

I have installed Resharper 8.2.3 for Visual Studio 2008 (that's the last version that supports it). And scaling is completely broken on my 4k Screen now.

used to be ok before installation.

Please advise.
