refactor not work for me on visual studio 2019
I use resharper Ultimate 2019.1.1, on Visual Studio 2019.
I find that all refactors lost.
After I enter Alt+Enter, the menu only show below, but not the refactor menu:

Harald-René Flasch, please note that the availability of the "Refactor" option depends on the location of the cursor. Perhaps the cursor is in the incorrect place, so Refactoring doesn't work. Does the option work in other cases, e.g. for class Program, method Main?
Does the problem affect all files in the solution?
Also, please provide a screenshot of the whole VS window including the vertical scrollbar where Refactor menu item is disabled. Thanks in advance!

Short summary: Refactor does not work for specific solution only, clearing cache didn't help.
EDIT_2022-05-09: Found and fixed the problem, see related thread.
