When is JetBrains actually going to cooperate with Microsoft to optimize performance?

Literally, on a daily bases I get below messages, and every day the memory usage builds up to 3GB (out of total 16GB) and then it very soon starts to crash.

I have recently re-installed my laptop in hope it would improve performance but unfortunately it does not.

Please, fix these issues because it's a daily routine to restart vs after crash or await until a hang is done.

Intel i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz

16GB RAM

64x

Windows 10

GTX 960M graphics card.

With this hardware a hang should not happen, I know there are "tips & tricks" to improve performance, but that's mostly disabling features which I want to keep using.
