ReSharper dissapiers after insallation another extension of Visual Studio

Hi,

in our organisation we have many other VS extensions. After installation of one extension ReSharper Menü and itself dissappears from visual studio:

Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2017
Version 15.8.4
VisualStudio.15.Release/15.8.4+28010.2026
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 4.7.02558

After reinstall of ReSharper every thing is again Ok. What can be the problem?

Could you please specify what extension causes such behavior?

Can you reproduce the problem? If so please run Visual Studio with the following command line: 'devenv /ReSharper.LogFile C:\resharper_log.txt /ReSharper.LogLevel Verbose', reproduce the issue and send us a corresponding 'resharper_log.txt' file.
