Parameter Name Hints breaks hints of data types being passed.
I'm currently running Resharper 2018.3.4 in VS 2017 15.9.11
I just recently notice that I can't no longer hover on a parameter being passed to method and see it's underlying data type. If I turn off the feature "Parameter Name Hints" the hint will come back.
Here you can see the hint on HomePhone pops up with the underlying data type. 
If I turn Parameter Name hints back on, the hint wont appear
