Marker bar for the default code file of a new project is hidden

VS2012 + ReSharper 2018.2.3
1. Open a solution.
2. Add a new project (for instance ClassLibrary1).
Marker bar for the defalut code file (in this case Class1.cs) is hidden.
Is this a bug?

Could you please specify if there's any action that forces marker bar to appear at last?
Please run Visual Studio with the following command line: 'devenv /ReSharper.LogFile C:\resharper_log.txt /ReSharper.LogLevel Verbose', reproduce the issue and send us a corresponding 'resharper_log.txt' file. You can do it privately via 'Submit a request' form.
