Cannot create issue in issue tracker

I wanted to create a new issue in the issuetracker, but when I try to click the "Create" button. it says: "Set a value for branch".

But when I click on 'branch', I do not have the permission to set it.

 

How do I create a report in the issuetracker?

Hello!

Our apologies for the inconvenience, there was an issue in a YouTrack Workflow which now has been fixed. So please try again to create a request, it should be OK.
