"Cannot resolve {area, controller, action}" errors in VS2017 with new project: "ASP.NET Core Web Application"

ReSharper  2018.2.3 and VS2017  15.8.4.

Errors show in solution-wide analysis before code changes of any kind.

Hello Julien!

Thank you for contacting us.

Couldn't reproduce the problem in newly created ASP.NET Core Web Application.

Could you please try Alt+Enter on unresolved symbols and provide screenshot of ReSharper Alt+Enter menu?

Thank you.

Thanks for assistance. All six errors have same pop-up with just 'asp-area' wording changing to match the element. If relevant, the solution was created with Authorization enabled via Azure (probably obvious from screenshot but just in case...).
