Much needed enhancements for the "File Structure" and "Build & Run" windows

Hello, congratulations for developing the #1 extension for Visual Studio!

Please consider applying  the following enhancements to your tool:

1. the FILE STRUCTURE window uses out of theme vertical and horizontal scroll bars. You have no idea how ugly and distracting those can look shining so bright when using the VS dark theme. Just have a look at how out of place they are and if you don't believe me, all you have to do is switch to the dark theme and you'll quickly realize it: https://i.imgur.com/cQGM4VR.png    Not sure how this hasn't been reported on so far into the product's history.

2. the BUILD & RUN window shows projects in a random chaotic order with no ability to sort projects alphabetically or by their current state. Furthermore, projects marked as ignored for the build process can't be hidden and they clog the list for no reason; I want to be able to toggle their visibility, I'm not interested in randomly spread boxes of gray when that space can be used by the other projects. There should also be preferences for the way users want to view the projects, like list mode or thumbs or at least to have control over the number of columns used.

3. BONUS QUALITY OF LIFE enhancement idea: allow playing a sound when a project has finished building, allow playing a sound when the solution finished building and let the user pick custom sounds for that (be it WAV or MP3 files), obviously with the option to toggle on/off playing sounds for the 2 different events.

Please add these enhancements and you'll make your users happier guaranteed!
