we'd be also grateful if you could provide ReSharper log  by running Visual Studio with the following command line: 'devenv /ReSharper.LogFile C:\resharper_log.txt /ReSharper.LogLevel Verbose', then open any solution and send us a corresponding 'resharper_log.txt' file.

 我终于找到原因了，这个是因为C++脚本库没有加载导致 External Sources 选项没有出现

步骤：

 选中 ReSharper >> Why ...C++  这个选项，

然后里面选择 需要加载的选项

点击ok 就可以了
