Moving ReSharper license server

Hay, I need to move resharper license server to another instance (migration between windows Server 2012 ->2016) I would like to know what is the best practice for that, i should:

a) install a new resharper license server, reister it on a new ID, and then add current licenses or move it.

b) install a new resharper license server, and use existing ID?

c) maybe i shoudl do it in another way?
