JetBrains Nuget Server URL

Attempting to install the TeamCity Visual Studio plugin and during that installation it also detects an update to ReSharper. I’m not sure any of that ultimately matters, but I get an error that the connection has been forcibly closed on every Nuget package the installer attempts to download. I suspect this is our proxy configuration, but all the log shows is that download.jetbrains.com/resharper is the url. We have whitelisted this url, but I suspect the install client is being redirected from that url to some other jetbrains url that we also need to whitelist. Could you tell me what your full Nuget url would be so we can do that?

I also don’t see a way to include a screenshot on the mobile form and the topic won’t let me choose ReSharper Ultimate for which I have a license, or TeamCity for which my firm has a license.
